On the ground floor there is a large open plan kitchen/dining area with large triple sliding doors opening on to a south facing decking area with gardens and open fields beyond.

The kitchen has built in dishwasher, double oven and touch control hob and the oak dining table easily accomodates ten adults.

The utility room has a second sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and an American fridge freezer (dispensing ice and chilled, filtered water). It is also an ideal area for drying wet boots and coats.

A galleried staircase leads to the first floor.

The family lounge is spacious and has a woodburner which gives a warm welcome on a cold winters night. (An initial basket of logs is supplied free)

There is a twin bedroom on the ground floor opposite the shower room and toilet. This bedroom is a good choice for the elderly and less able bodied amogst us!

There is also a full size pool table for entertainment in the evenings.
